Jake's amazing vanilla cupcakes

First heat the oven to 160 fan/ 180. Take out one of your bowls and put in 120g butter and cream with the caster sugar. In your second bowl put the eggs and the vanilla extract and stir with a fork until the yolks are gone. Pour the eggy mixture into the other mixture and stir. Add the flour and milk and stir. Take the tray and divide the mixture equally. Put in oven for 15 minutes. Take your final bowl and mix the rest of the butter and the icing sugar and a little milk. Add food colouring (optional). Take cupcakes out of oven. Get piping bag then put icing in piping bag. Wait till cupcakes are cool. Pipe icing.



Eat!



Ingredients: 260g butter Equipment: 3 bowls

120g caster sugar spoon

2 eggs whisk

1 tsp vanilla extract fork

120g flour 12 holed cupcake tin

1-2 tbsp milk 12 cupcake cases

180g icing sugar Piping bag

food colouring (optional)
